Community Outreach

 
KSQG is  a not-for profit organization. Money  brought in from periodic Quilt Shows or donations is used to purchase supplies needed to complete a quilt that is donated to a local charity.  

 
Over the years, the following organizations/individuals have benefited from the diverse talents of our guild members including:

•   AIM (a local group against worldwide human trafficking)

•  Kincardine Community Living

•  Kincardine Hospital Auxiliary 

•  Kincardine Legion  • Bruce County Women’s House

•  Project Japan

•  Linus Quilts that go to children in hospitals in southern Ontario

•  Community individuals based upon their needs

•  Fort McMurray Fire

• Quilts of Valor

• Kincardine Community Health Care Foundation

• Grey Bruce Crimestoppers (2019)
